recent years with CM’s in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China to
facilitate fast turns prototype assembly.
We can build prototypes in
the same facility as the volume production thus providing a seamless
transfer to production.We work with selected manufacturers who
provide flexibility and best cost value for quick response. Our PCB
vendors have expertise from 1 layer to 10 layer boards, lead free
capable, silver, epoxy, immersion copper finish.
Working with the
same PCB manufacturer and CM responsible for the earlier prototypes,
we offer a seamless service for the production assembly and test. In
addition, we can provide metal and plastic case designs,
manufacturing and final assembly including complete, shrink wrapped,
box build. CM capabilities including test environments, temp
cycling, lead free, production capabilities from 500 to 10K boards
